Technical Specifications

Material & Finish

Aluminium profiles. Finish: natural anodized or powder-coated per RAL. Frames: galvanized steel.

Slat Spacing & Orientation

Single-row with 12.5mm or 20mm spacing. Slats can be horizontal or vertical.

Regulation Types

R1: Counter-rotating slats.
R2: Tilting arm (supply).
R3/R6: Sliding control bar.
R5: Large folding leaf (supply).

Operating Environment

For indoor use (Class 3K5). Temperature: -20°C to +70°C. Clean air systems only.

Perimeter Seal

Equipped with self-adhesive foam tape around the perimeter to ensure airtight installation.

Installation & Control

Mounting Method A: Concealed

Grille is secured into a frame (UR, R1-R3) using spring clips for tool-less removal.

Mounting Method B: Screw-On

Grille is fastened with screws and caps, with or without a UR mounting frame.

Frame Requirement

Concealed mounting requires a frame (UR, control frame, or atypical with a catch edge).

Airflow Adjustment

Adjustment is made on the control mechanism (R1-R6) or front slats before final grille installation.

Application

For installation in walls, plasterboard (specify in order), or as part of ductwork termination.
