FFDM Damping Pad (Vibration Isolator)

FFDM Damping Pad (Vibration Isolator)

A flexible connector that breaks vibration transmission between fans/equipment and ductwork. Reduces noise, prevents metal fatigue, and accommodates thermal expansion in HVAC systems.

Product Description

Key Features & Benefits

  • Vibration Isolation

Effectively blocks transfer of fan/equipment vibrations into ductwork, reducing noise transmission.

  • System Protection

Prevents metal fatigue and loosening of duct connections caused by constant vibration.

  • High-Temp Options

Available with sleeves rated for standard (80°C) or high-temperature (200°C) applications.

  • Length & Material Options

Standard lengths: 105mm & 155mm. Materials: Galvanized steel or AISI 304 stainless steel.

  • Easy Installation

Rectangular (bolt-on) and round (flanged/SPIRO) designs for straightforward integration.

  • Thermal & Movement Accommodation

Flexible sleeve absorbs minor duct expansion, contraction, and misalignment.
